You can stay connected with Springfield Pediatrics 24/7 by simply reaching out to us to begin your patient registration process. Portal access is best set up by calling the clinic directly the first time. We will call or contact you via the portal to confirm the date and time you requested or offer alternative dates and times that accommodate your schedule for an office visit with any of the providers afterwards. We offer same-day appointments to our established patients. Separate entry and waiting areas have been provided in our clinic to accomodate sick and well visits conveniently for our patients

All patients are expected to complete their pre-visit checklist from the link sent to your email/ smart phone devices before their appointments to avoid prolonged wait times. Call us on phone number: 480-336-2815 for information on how to do this. 

ALL CANCELLED/MISSED APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT ADEQUATE 1-DAY PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE PRACTICE BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT DATE WILL BE ASSESSED A $50.00 CHARGE PER OCCURRENCE.

It is YOUR responsibility to verify eligibility for coverage and coordination of benefits when applicable with your health plan prior to your visit.
