Pentacel, one of our combination vaccines will no longer be available on our immunization schedule. The manufacturer, Sanofi Pasteur has cited production challenges and expect shortages in the supply chain to continue until further notice.
We will continue to use combination vaccines whenever possible at Springfield Pediatrics. Pentacel will now be replaced by another combination vaccine. Call 480-336-2815 or 602-734-5509 with questions regarding vaccinations and visit our patient education resource from the AAP.
